1. No Cancellation After Order Confirmation

Once an order is successfully placed and confirmed on SellOuts.in, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.

All orders are processed immediately to ensure quick dispatch and timely delivery. Due to this fast-processing system, order cancellations are not permitted after confirmation.

2. No Modifications After Confirmation

After order confirmation, customers cannot request any changes or modifications, including but not limited to:

• Change of product(s)

• Change of delivery address

• Change of quantity or order details

3. Seller-Initiated Cancellation (Exceptions)

SellOuts reserves the right to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product being out of stock

• Incorrect pricing or listing errors

• Delivery pincode being non-serviceable

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within the applicable processing timeline.

4. Refund on Seller Cancellation

• Full refund will be initiated once the order is cancelled by SellOuts.

• Refund timelines will be governed by the original payment method and banking partners.

5. Important Notes

• Refusal of delivery or non-acceptance of dispatched orders will be governed by the Refund & Return Policy and may attract shipping deductions.
